Cancellations, Changes, and Refund  Policy

As our product is perishable and custom for each order our policy is as follows:

• If there is defect in your order please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product.

• If you try our product and decide it's not for you, we hope you will try something different next time, however NO REFUND OR REPLACEMENT WILL BE GIVEN.

• Cancellations or Changes to Custom Orders MUST be made 2 business days before order is shipped.  

• CLASSIC COOKIES: Please Be Sure you want the Classic Cookies ordered. Due to the nature of our product they are made fresh per order. If changes are needed please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. NO REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENT

• WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON PERISHABLE PRODUCTS

• No refund will be given ever for an amount in excess of the original purchase price regardless of circumstance.​
